So, we get to know the right raw material price, right CMT and hence we counter our factory if the price is not right. This reduces the time & energy you would be spending in negotiating & renegotiating prices.
From the moment order is confirmed with us – we work on a Time & Action plan with the factory. Simply put – RETRO PLANNING. We keep a close watch on the factory on day to day basis. The moment – fabric or trim or anything gets delayed by 2 or 3 days, we set the alarm ringing. And hence we are able to make up for the time lost in next step. This ensures on time delivery. In fact, this also helps us in anticipating shipment delay. Which we keep you informed – on weekly basis.
Every step of the production process is monitored thoroughly in systematic way. Random fabric check, printed check, embroidery check, Online inspection, Mid inspection & lastly the final inspection is performed according to your required AQL level.

SAMPLING LEAD TIME :
– 1st PROTO : we take about 10 days to make a proto in available fabric.
– SMS : typically, our SMS lead times range from 35 to 60 days. It depends on fabric, printing, embroidery, embellishments being used.
PRODUCTION LEAD TIME & MOQ:
– Our general production lead time is about 85 to 90 days.
– In case, fabric is available, we can get the goods ready from 2 weeks to 40 days which depends on amount of work required on the product

- Solid cotton fabric : from 200 meters to 1000 meters depending of the construction of the fabric
- Yarn dyed cotton fabric : from 1000 meters
- Viscose crepe, satin : from 1000 meters
- Yarn dyed polyester or viscose : from 2500 meters.
– MOQ / Treatment :
- Solid color dyed cotton fabric : 500 to 600 meters per colour
- Table screen printing on cotton fabric: from 200 to 500 meters depending of the number of color
- Solid color dyed viscose fabric : 500 to 600 meters per colour
- All over print, rotary on viscose fabric : from 1500 – 2000 meters
- Digital print : no minimum
– MOQ / Style Quantity:
We need 150 pcs per style and color.
We can even do 75 to 100 pieces per style (however, either the printed fabric is available or digital printing is allowed)
